Product Manager

About the Role

Join Trimble's Field Systems department as a Product Manager based in Stuttgart, Germany. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in advancing photogrammetry innovations by delivering cutting-edge software solutions that empower civil contractors and surveyors worldwide. Your focus will be on enhancing Trimble’s photogrammetry product suite including Inpho, Trimble Business Center, and cloud processing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product delivery for industry-leading photogrammetry tools and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams — engineering, marketing, and design — to transform market insights into innovative features.
• Engage directly with customers and partners worldwide to validate product plans and inform product direction.
• Leverage data-driven discovery methods to identify market opportunities, reduce risks, and optimize user value.
• Drive continuous product improvements by managing feature backlogs and streamlining product processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a product manager or equivalent role in product discovery and delivery.
• Fluent in both German and English at C1 proficiency level.
• Familiarity or background in photogrammetry, data processing, or mission coordination industries.
• Proficiency in using Jira to break down complex business requirements into user stories, epics, and features.
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills with a collaborative problem-solving style.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of AI-driven product management approaches.
• Advanced degree or technical certifications in geospatial disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud software operations and managing commercial product lifecycles.

Additional Information

• Work location: Onsite in Stuttgart, Germany.
• Travel expectations approximately 10% to 20% of the time.

Compensation
