Key Responsibilities
- Discover significant real-world challenges and confirm impactful use cases through validation.
- Convert conceptual ideas into clear, testable service prototypes rapidly.
- Lead pilot programs end-to-end by collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Design and influence the full service experience, including user experience design and commercial strategy.
- Develop successful pilots into scalable, consistent, high-quality services.
