Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partnership strategies by identifying and onboarding robotics solution vendors, AI and edge computing collaborators, academic institutions, and industry organizations.
- Lead the design and implementation of co-innovation programs and joint initiatives, managing commercial and legal contracts such as master service agreements, teaming agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Build and cultivate a Singtel-led robotics ecosystem tailored to enterprise application use cases.
- Co-develop enterprise robotics solutions integrating 5G, Edge AI, and robotics technologies including client-facing solutions, smart facility management, inspection robots, logistics, and warehouse robotics.
- Translate concepts into pilot projects, demonstrations, deployments, and scalable commercial offerings.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Sales and Marketing teams to support market launch and adoption initiatives.
- Position Singtel as a Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) platform provider by integrating internal technologies including 5G connectivity, edge computing, AI platforms, and third-party robot management systems.
- Engage closely with Enterprise Sales, Product, Network, and Engineering teams to identify enterprise customer use cases, define requirements, and promote robotics solutions adoption.
- Monitor global technology trends in robotics, AI, automation, and edge computing to identify new business opportunities in logistics, healthcare, public sector, and smart buildings.
- Facilitate Singtel’s participation in industry events and innovation programs.
- Manage collaboration with government agencies and industry bodies to secure grants and funding programs; support development of funding proposals and partner consortiums.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or relevant disciplines; Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in partnership management or business development within enterprise technology sectors such as telecommunications, AI, IoT, or robotics.
- Strong knowledge of 5G technologies, edge computing, and the Internet of Things ecosystem.
- Proven expertise in enterprise solution design and deployment models.
- Experience collaborating with external partners and vendors.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with robotics technologies, AI (including computer vision), and automation domains.
- Exposure to government-industry partnerships and grant or funding-driven projects.
