About the Role
Join Singtel to drive innovative IoT solutions that connect generations and unlock new opportunities. As a Product Manager for IoT Connectivity, you will oversee the full product lifecycle and profitability of the IoT product portfolio, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver impactful results and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product management and take full P&L accountability for IoT offerings.
- Partner with Technology, Product, Network, and IT teams to design, integrate, and support IoT solutions.
- Develop and optimize automated processes for billing, onboarding customers, delivery, and product assurance.
- Communicate the product vision and roadmap internally and to customers to align teams and secure market leadership.
- Collect requirements from sales and customers to prioritize roadmap initiatives and clearly differentiate the product suite.
- Evaluate technological and business partnerships and explore new markets.
- Support sales, pre-sales, and marketing efforts to generate product interest and lead development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant fields.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in product management, program management, network engineering, or software development.
- Proven ability to develop, present, and implement robust business cases.
- Hands-on experience or exposure in delivering IoT connectivity to sectors like Connected Cars and Connected Assets at a regional level.
- Business proficiency in Chinese is advantageous for effective communication with Chinese clients.
- Possession of an MBA or experience in management or operations consulting is beneficial.
Technical Expertise
- Solid experience in mobile networks including GSM/CDMA/UMTS/LTE and IP networks.
- Familiarity with Connectivity Management platforms such as Cisco Jasper and Aeris IoTA.
- Knowledge of embedded SIM technology and subscription management platforms.
- Exposure to M2M and IoT technologies including NB-IoT, LTE-M, and IoT Application Enablement platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of software platforms and middleware related to M2M/IoT technologies is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI workflows and Vibe Coding is considered a plus.
