Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and property managers to identify and solve meaningful customer problems.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end software products, spanning frontend, backend, integrations, testing, and deployment.
• Create user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex rental operations and enhance task completion efficiency.
• Implement event-driven automation workflows to reduce repetitive tasks including scheduling cleaning and sending check-in details.
• Leverage AI technologies such as large language models and AI agents to automate guest communications, manage maintenance requests, optimize pricing, and improve portfolio management.
• Integrate and build reliable APIs with partners like Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, and Google.
• Address operational challenges related to reservation synchronization, dynamic pricing, smart lock management, guest journeys, operational forecasting, cleaning automation, financial reporting, and AI-based monitoring.
• Use customer feedback and product metrics to refine features, ensuring improved adoption, reduced errors, and better user results.
• Make informed technical decisions balancing delivery speed, system maintainability, security, and scalability as the user base grows.
