Product Director - Cloud Computing Platform

About the Role

Our client is a rapidly expanding global AI cloud infrastructure company focused on delivering an extensive GPU cloud platform spanning multiple regions. They are seeking a Product Director responsible for steering the product strategy, managing the product portfolio, commercializing offerings, and leading the product team for their next growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the comprehensive product strategy, architecture, and long-term roadmap for the AI cloud platform, including defining market positioning, core products, and prioritizing investments.
• Oversee the product portfolio encompassing GPU compute, bare metal servers, container technologies, networking, storage, resource management, and shared cloud platform capabilities.
• Set the product vision for AI training, inference, model deployment, and serverless inference to continually enhance experience for developers and enterprise clients.
• Manage product packaging, business models, pricing strategies, usage metering, and service level agreements with responsibility for revenue, gross margins, resource utilization, and customer acquisition.
• Gain deep insights into the requirements of AI enterprises, developers, and large-scale organizations to translate these into standardized, repeatable platform features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, operations, sales, and solutions teams throughout the product lifecycle from conception and development to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Build and lead the AI cloud product organization by instituting efficient processes for decision making, roadmap planning, requirements management, product releases, and ongoing product operations.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in cloud computing, infrastructure, or enterprise technology products with leadership roles managing products or product teams.
• Hands-on product expertise with major public cloud services, GPU cloud platforms, or AI infrastructure.
• Proven responsibility for a leading cloud product line or demonstrated leadership in developing, expanding, or commercially scaling a cloud platform.
• In-depth knowledge of GPU computing, cloud infrastructure, resource scheduling, networking, storage solutions, containerization, metering, and billing systems.
• Familiar with critical product and infrastructure demands for large-scale model training, inference, model serving, and AI workload management.
• Strong abilities in product strategy formulation, market assessment, and prioritization, balancing customer demands, technological complexity, investment needs, and commercial benefits.
• Experience managing product pricing, cost controls, infrastructure utilization, and successful commercial outcomes with measurable impacts.
• Demonstrated leadership and execution skills, capable of aligning product, engineering, infrastructure, sales, and operational teams effectively.
