Product Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our product team and spearhead the development of both platform and client-facing products for the bank. This role encompasses ownership of backend and frontend systems to ensure the bank delivers compelling products to retail and corporate clients that are efficient, scalable, and compliant.

Primary Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and architecture of platform and client-facing product solutions.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to foster innovation, system improvements, and enhanced customer engagement.
• Ensure strict compliance with cybersecurity, information security policies, and regulatory/risk frameworks.
• Support product implementation efforts by collaborating closely with development teams to guarantee timely delivery of technical solutions.
• Lead discussions and negotiations related to vendor-provided solutions.
• Monitor system health, proactively identify issues, and liaise with appropriate teams to implement preventive or remedial actions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as compliance, legal, risk, and business units to ensure integrated and compliant technology rollout.
• Engage in product testing, rollout planning, and user training to facilitate smooth adoption by users and clients.

Qualifications

• Between 5 to 10 years of experience in product management within domains such as card services, payments, foreign exchange (FX), anti-money laundering (AML), or anti-fraud.
• Proven experience managing projects involving vendor solutions and strong vendor relationship skills.
• Comfortable discussing technical designs in detail with developers and vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant and user-focused technology solutions.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
