Digital Asset Product Manager

Job Overview

Join the product team as a Digital Asset Product Manager, responsible for developing and managing the bank's digital asset portfolio. This includes offerings such as digital wallets, custodial services, trading platforms, and yield-generating products.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive digital asset product solutions targeting corporate and retail clients.
• Research and assess potential partners to enhance scalability and operational efficiency of digital asset products.
• Assure compliance with regulatory, risk, cybersecurity, and information security standards throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead the entire implementation process from strategic planning, drafting product memorandums and PRDs, through testing phases, to final production verification.
• Continuously track system performance to detect issues early and collaborate with relevant teams to execute necessary preventive or corrective interventions.

Required Qualifications

• Between 5 to 10 years experience as a product manager specializing in digital assets.
• Demonstrated ability to develop digital asset products or functions starting from inception.
• In-depth understanding of banking products and functionalities.
• Capable of engaging deeply with developers and vendors to discuss technical design details.
• Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to create compliant, user-focused technology solutions.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
