Job Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for a portfolio of tech and commercial positions within sectors including Technology, AI, Fintech, Trading, and Quantitative fields.
• Source candidates for mid-level, senior, and leadership roles for our established clients.
• Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews, overseeing offer negotiations, and facilitating onboarding processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to all experience levels, including junior, mid, and senior professionals.
• Junior candidates should have at least 1 year of full-time experience or 6 months internship in recruitment for tech or commercial roles.
• Strong passion for recruitment activities.
• A sense of accountability towards clients and candidates.
• Driven by results, highly motivated, and success-focused.
• Persistent and dedicated work ethic.
• Willingness to learn continuously and develop skills.
• Able to work independently as well as cooperatively within a team.
• Proficient in English and Chinese to accommodate communication with counterparts in China.
