About the Role
We are collaborating with a rapidly expanding product technology company to recruit Backend / Fullstack Engineers enthusiastic about developing AI-enhanced products and next-generation business platforms. This role belongs to a recently established AI Agent team tasked with creating AI solutions tailored to real-world business challenges across multiple product areas.
You will contribute to AI-native applications designed to speed up business processes, automate complicated operations, and deliver smart, intelligent product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services and AI-driven platforms.
- Develop AI Agent applications and intelligent workflow solutions specifically for business teams.
- Work closely with product management, data science, and AI teams to produce AI capabilities ready for production environments.
- Integrate large language models (LLMs), diverse AI services, and automation frameworks into expansive system architectures.
- Enhance system architecture with a focus on scalability, reliability, and engineering excellence.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience in software engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, databases, caching techniques, messaging systems, and API design.
- Proven track record in constructing scalable backend systems ready for production use.
- Strong passion for artificial intelligence, particularly in LLMs, AI agents, or intelligent automation technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with a product-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on involvement with AI Agents, integration of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-channel processing (MCP), prompt engineering, or orchestrating workflows.
- Experience in developing AI-native products or solutions that leverage AI for business enhancements.
