Product Analyst

Overview

We seek a detail-oriented and inquisitive Product Analyst to become part of our Product Operations team. This role emphasizes thorough analysis of our data source quality, the establishment of metrics, and report creation to yield meaningful insights that foster informed decisions and build trust in the data that supports our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the quality and relevance of various data sources, including those generated by AI models, web scraping, manual coding, and other methods.
• Create and apply metrics that help enhance data reliability and support prioritization and unification of data sources.
• Maintain consistent reporting on data source quality through dashboards and reports, highlighting trends, issues, and suggested corrective actions.
• Detect anomalies, patterns, and risks in data sets, focusing particularly on verifying the dependability of AI-derived data.
• Develop techniques for identifying outliers, inconsistencies, and unexpected data trends.
• Analyze root causes of detected anomalies and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve underlying problems.
• Facilitate the enforcement of data validation rules, quality checks, and ongoing monitoring metrics.
• Work jointly with data scientists and engineers to enhance AI output quality based on evaluation findings.
• Provide support for taxonomy recognition tasks to ensure attribute quality meets established thresholds.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis and ensuring data quality.
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning-generated data is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with anomaly detection methods and tools is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and data processing through these models.
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with analytical thinking and strong communication capabilities.
