Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to regional client headquarters, acting as an innovation catalyst to accelerate responses to evolving market needs.
- Develop expertise in your market segment, including industry trends, products, and channels.
- Manage client onboarding onto our integrated platform and promote adoption, reactivation, and engagement by showcasing clear return on investment.
- Encourage platform utilization among senior regional stakeholders within client organizations.
- Provide data-driven responses to complex business queries and become a subject matter expert on selected categories or industry sectors.
- Deliver insightful presentations and actionable advice tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate client services across multiple countries and product categories.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within client accounts and support client retention by demonstrating tangible business value.
- Collect and share feedback with product teams on platform features and collaborate internally to enhance client experience.
- Work alongside account management during pre-sales and renewal processes to maximize client satisfaction.
- Partner with other business units to spot opportunities for strategic projects and coordinate services across regional markets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with or supporting brands in the CPG, tech, or durables sectors.
- Familiarity with NielsenIQ products, especially Panels and Longitudinal tracking, is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities with hands-on experience and autonomy in task execution.
- Comfortable engaging and presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
