Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Pacific Retail Sales team across Australia and New Zealand in promoting NIQ's Retail, FMCG, and Technology & Durables solutions.
• Collaborate with senior sales colleagues to spot, cultivate, and execute sales opportunities within current and potential client portfolios.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships by gaining a deep understanding of their business priorities and challenges.
• Engage clients through consultative selling, employing NIQ’s data, insights, and analytics to tailor solutions.
• Support revenue growth by generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and fostering account development.
• Contribute to the acquisition of new clients via market research, prospecting, lead generation, and outreach activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Customer Success, and Client Delivery to ensure smooth solution implementation and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market developments to discover new growth opportunities for clients and NIQ.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status using CRM systems.
• Meet individual and team sales targets while continuously enhancing consultative sales and account management skills.

Candidate Qualifications

• A strong interest in consumer insights, retail sectors, and making data-informed business decisions.
• Analytical skills capable of transforming complex data into actionable business advice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues.
• A cooperative mindset, eager to learn, receive feedback, and support team objectives.
• Self-driven with a commercial focus and enthusiasm for building a career in consultative B2B sales.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-moving, client-centric workspace.
• Previous exposure to sales, account management, analytics, consulting, market research, pricing strategies, or customer success is an advantage but not mandatory.
