Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst based in Toronto to transform data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include analyzing user interactions with our product, assessing the quality of AI outputs, and providing valuable insights to product management, sales teams, and company leadership. Security is integral to our system since users entrust us with sensitive conversations.
Qualifications
- Several years of practical experience in data analysis or strong academic credentials in a quantitative discipline.
- Proficient with SQL and experienced in Python or comparable analytical languages.
- Ability to clarify ambiguous problems into definitive answers and communicate them effectively.
