Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Toronto team to fully own a product segment — managing discovery with customers, setting clear priorities, and making decisive decisions regarding product features and development. Collaboration with engineers, designers, and our AI team is a key part of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product ownership end to end, including customer discovery and prioritization of development tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and AI departments to shape product direction.
  • Embed security deeply within the product design to protect sensitive user conversations.

Qualifications

  • Multiple years of experience managing products in B2B software environments.
  • Practical exposure to large language model (LLM) based products, with a solid understanding of their limitations.
  • Proven track record building products for rigorous professional users.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to take a founding role with genuine product ownership.
  • Work alongside a senior leadership team experienced in scaling companies.
  • Direct engagement with highly demanding finance-sector users.
