Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Toronto-based team who will craft the user experience from the initial capture of conversations through to the precise retrieval of information by users. This role involves close collaboration with our Product Manager, Design Director, engineering team, and end-users.
Security Focus
Given the sensitivity of the conversations our users entrust us with, security is ingrained into the product design itself rather than being an additional feature.
Candidate Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience designing products at companies celebrated for design excellence.
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping methodologies.
- An exceptional attention to detail and design precision.
