Job description
Role Overview
Join the team responsible for the CNA Insider YouTube show as a full-time Producer. You will oversee the entire production process, from concept development through to post-production, guided by an Executive Producer. This role demands managing productions of long-form factual content, typically 23 minutes or more.
Key Responsibilities
As a Producer, you will be expected to harness creative energy from your team, including video editors and assistant producers, ensuring smooth production flow while adhering to deadlines. Effective communication, problem solving, and a commitment to factual accuracy are essential.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has a journalism background (preferred but not required), excellent command of English, and writing proficiency. You should have a strong passion for content creation, storytelling, and a deep interest in news and current affairs. The position requires a dynamic, cooperative mindset capable of performing well under pressure. Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends and public holidays is necessary.
