Process Worker - Pharmaceutical Packaging

Key Responsibilities

• Meet production and work schedules consistently.
• Thoroughly review and understand production documents provided by the Team Leader.
• Maintain clean room production lines ensuring smooth material flow from storage through to dispatch without delays, bottlenecks, or wastage.
• Identify and handle non-compliant products and materials following established procedures.

Essential Requirements

• Prior experience in packaging within a fast-paced environment is critical.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent time management capabilities.
• Commitment to workplace safety for self and colleagues.
• Understanding of and ability to work with people with disabilities is mandatory; experience is advantageous.
• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Ability to clear relevant background screenings including NDIS Worker Screening and National Criminal History Record Check.
• Provision of two professional references is required.

Additional Details

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Location: Allambie Heights, NSW, Australia.
