Picker / Packer

Job Overview

We are seeking diligent individuals for the positions of Picker and Loader at our warehouse to efficiently process customer orders and assist in loading goods. The ideal candidates will handle product selection, preparation, and loading in a safe and organized manner while maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately select products from the store or warehouse as per customer orders.
• Verify the picked products and prepare them properly for packaging.
• Safely transport products from the picking area to the packing/loading zone.
• For Loaders: correctly load goods onto vehicles or dispatch areas.
• Keep your work area clean and organized at all times.
• Complete assigned tasks and shifts punctually as scheduled.

Shift Timings

• Shift A: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Shift B: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Shift C (Loader): 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits

• Net monthly salary: ₹22,834
• Attendance bonus: ₹2,000 per month
• Applicable ESI and PF benefits
• Total monthly earnings can reach up to ₹24,000 plus benefits

Attendance Bonus Criteria

• Must work 6 days per week as per schedule
• Weekly day off provided according to company roster
• Complete 8 hours of work/login daily
• No unplanned leaves permitted
• Saturday and Sunday shifts must be fulfilled as rostered
