Compensation and Benefits

The hourly starting wage for this position is $15.00 USD.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute floor maintenance tasks such as cleaning, buffing, and refinishing across resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
• Use floor care machinery safely and effectively.
• Document floor care activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Adhere to infection control and standard hygiene procedures to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Interact courteously with residents, staff, and visitors, offering exemplary customer service.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience in floor care is valued but not mandatory.
• Maintain a positive outlook and communicate well with building residents, administration, and company leadership.
• Comply with company COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 50 pounds, and sustain standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended durations.
• Capability to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently and work around food and cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to follow both oral and written instructions daily.
• Must live within the service area of the facility.
