Role Overview
The Process Operator will be trained to manage and oversee various plant and machinery within the manufacturing facility. The role focuses on producing quality timber products while prioritizing safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant machinery effectively
- Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain safety and productivity
- Uphold high standards in safety procedures, product quality, and workplace cleanliness
- Adapt to working in different areas of the plant as needed
- Utilize relevant technology and systems to achieve production goals
- Participate in continuous improvement processes
Safety is paramount, with the objective that all employees return home safely daily.
Work Schedule and Rosters
The roles available offer varied shift options suitable for flexibility or consistent working hours. Schedules are designed to accommodate study or personal commitments.
- Tuan Green Mill - Day/Afternoon Rotation:
Week 1 (Morning): Monday to Thursday, 6:00am–2:00pm; Friday, 5:00am–11:00am
Week 2 (Afternoon): Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm–10:00pm (with 15% shift loading); Friday, 11:00am–5:00pm - Tuan Green Mill - Night Rotation:
Monday to Friday, 10:00pm–6:00am (with 30% shift loading)
