Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate customer orders alongside daily transport schedules to facilitate timely deliveries.
• Arrange transport bookings, freight requirements, and delivery timings efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, transport providers, drivers, and depot staff.
• Prepare and organise dispatch-related paperwork, labels, and necessary documentation.
• Monitor pending orders and take proactive measures to resolve any delays or issues.
• Assist with stock movement coordination and inventory management across offsite locations.
• Conduct regular depot and bulk stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Handle logistics queries, manage shared inboxes, and resolve customer issues from initiation to resolution.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and production work orders systematically.
• Support corporate client logistics requirements, including priority freight allocations.
• Collaborate effectively within the logistics team, providing assistance during peak workload periods.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, transport, or administrative roles.
• Exposure to coordinating transportation or freight operations is advantageous.
• Possession of a Certificate III or higher in Logistics is considered a plus.
