Your Role
As a Process Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated automation solutions that boost operational efficiency and enhance experiences for customers and employees. You will manage the entire automation lifecycle, including process discovery, solution design, deployment, and monitoring, leveraging UiPath Automation Cloud and other complementary technologies. Additionally, you will champion automation scalability by incorporating emerging AI and agentic functionalities, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with both business and technology partners to maximize value and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, test, and launch enterprise-level automation using UiPath and supporting tools.
- Utilize advanced UiPath capabilities such as Agentic workflows, Document Understanding, AI Center, and Task Mining.
- Lead process evaluations and produce scalable, reusable automation design documents.
- Identify and implement AI/ML and agentic automation solutions to improve business results.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize using analytics and telemetry.
- Maintain compliance with automation standards, coding best practices, version control, security, privacy, and audit protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to translate requirements into robust solutions.
- Mentor junior automation engineers and contribute to the company-wide automation skill enhancement.
- Keep abreast of emerging automation and AI technologies, integrating relevant innovations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator development.
- Experience with UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, Task Mining, and Agentic/Autopilot features.
- Familiar with additional automation platforms such as Power Automate, AWS Step Functions, or iPaaS.
- Proficient in programming languages and scripting like C#, VB.NET, Python, PowerShell, and SQL for custom integrations.
- Strong design capabilities to assess complex processes ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex automation challenges.
- Effective communicator skilled in engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in mentoring junior developers and fostering capability growth.
- Committed to ongoing learning in automation and AI technologies.
