Process Architect I

Overview

Join PM Group's rapidly expanding Singapore team as a Process Architect, contributing to cutting-edge projects in Cell & Gene Therapy, Biologics, and Pharmaceutical facilities. This mid to senior-level role combines client interaction with technical responsibilities, requiring a strong grasp of Process Architectural design and the ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and assist with project resource planning and pricing for architectural proposals.
• Support and present PM Group's qualifications to both prospective and current clients.
• Engage in client meetings to evaluate requirements and create project programs.
• Create conceptual architectural designs and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Build BIM models and collaborate with BIM coordinators and project stakeholders.
• Manage design and construction documentation within constraints of cost, schedule, and quality.
• Produce construction drawings and specifications adhering to client, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Lead internal and external communication and coordination related to the architectural discipline.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to their career growth by providing constructive feedback.
• Perform essential field assessments, including measuring and site visits during construction phases.
• Undertake special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Over 7 years of experience in the life sciences sector, specifically in architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the capability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid commercial acumen for managing projects within budget and achieving desired financial outcomes, including change management.
• Preferred knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) related to biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and Cell & Gene therapy fields.
• Ability and willingness to travel moderately for client meetings, industry engagements, and speaking events.
