Role Overview

In this strategic sales position, you will lead efforts to secure and expand business for Braze AI by partnering with the sales team and engaging senior customer stakeholders. You should have a minimum of five years of relevant experience, ideally in enterprise sales, consulting, marketing technology, AI, or marketing. The role demands an entrepreneurial spirit, strong action orientation, the ability to navigate complex technological assessments with major corporate clients, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead conversations with new prospective customers interested in Braze AI Decision Studio.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, post-sales teams, and customers to identify impactful uses of our AI solutions and measure their benefits.
• Provide training to peers on reinforcement learning principles and marketing applications within AI Decisioning.
• Support Proof of Value initiatives alongside technical implementation teams to ensure successful completion.
• Relay customer feedback to product and marketing departments to maintain a customer-focused roadmap.
• Represent Braze AI at major meetings, events, and conferences.

• Has 5+ years in enterprise sales, consulting, marketing technology, AI, or marketing with demonstrated outstanding results.
