Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of the engineering team in line with the company's strategic objectives and set ambitious technical goals.
• Design and supervise the development of scalable, resilient, and secure systems.
• Promote and enforce engineering best practices and coding standards across the team.
• Mentor engineering team members to enhance growth and technical excellence, including conducting code reviews.
• Advocate for improvements in systems and processes, and integrate emerging technologies with a particular emphasis on artificial intelligence.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical strategies and solutions.
• Ensure systems operate reliably, securely, and comply with relevant regulations while managing incidents and encouraging continuous enhancements.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an engineering technical leader with expertise in developing scalable, secure, and resilient systems in dynamic environments.
• Strong proficiency in software design, architecture, and modern development methodologies.
• Successful history of designing, building, and maintaining complex high-performance systems at scale, with foresight into extensibility and scalability.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in motivating high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Skillful in translating business needs into effective technical solutions while anticipating future growth and adaptability.
