Role Overview
In the position of ServiceNow Lead Engineer, you will guide the complete design and execution of enterprise-level ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions, directing platform architecture and strategy throughout the employee lifecycle. Collaboration with senior HR and technology leaders is essential to build secure, scalable solutions while establishing engineering protocols and embedding best practices within the team. Additionally, you will advocate for AI-based functionalities and intelligent automation to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and deliver a more tailored and effortless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of enterprise-grade ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned with employee lifecycle requirements.
- Shape platform architecture and strategy ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Work closely with senior HR and technology stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards and best practices across the delivery team.
- Promote and integrate AI-driven capabilities and automation to optimize efficiency and user experience.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' experience implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions, including complex workflow designs and familiarity with AI-driven functionalities.
- Advanced engineering expertise in JavaScript and the ServiceNow platform, capable of defining design patterns and overseeing development standards.
- Proven experience leading complex integrations using REST and SOAP APIs in accordance with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance guidelines.
- Strong influence in directing technical strategy, challenging conventional approaches, and enhancing platform scalability, performance, and sustainable maintenance.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on innovation through automation and AI to boost engineering productivity and enrich employee experiences.
