Principal Project Manager

Role Overview

Analog is searching for a seasoned Principal Project Manager to oversee and synchronize intricate delivery programs. This pivotal role demands ensuring smooth execution of key milestones, managing dependencies and critical paths closely with the PMO. The individual will maintain steady progress across multiple simultaneous delivery streams while proactively recognizing and mitigating risks to avoid disruptions in schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning process for project milestones, dependencies, and the critical path alongside the PMO team.
• Keep detailed RAID logs, managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to maintain full visibility and control.
• Ensure harmonization of parallel delivery streams with the overall project plan by resolving priority or resource conflicts.
• Perform routine program reporting and governance meetings to deliver timely, transparent status updates.
• Manage client-side dependencies proactively, advocating for decisions and inputs necessary to sustain delivery momentum.
• Foster strong partnerships with client contacts to expedite resolution of project issues.
• Coordinate closely with program finance and principal product managers to align project plan, financials, and scope.
• Identify and escalate risks and obstacles early, presenting actionable options and solutions rather than just problems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience as a senior or principal project manager handling large-scale, complex delivery programs.
• Expertise in critical path scheduling, dependency oversight, and rigorous RAID maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage client-side dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Comfortable working with PMO teams and applying structured governance and reporting methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, able to liaise effectively with clients, delivery teams, and leadership.
• Adopts a calm, systematic, and organized approach, especially in high-pressure scenarios.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities for clear, concise correspondence.
