Presales Solutions Architect (IT Infrastructure)

About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Presales Solutions Architect to plan and design end-to-end enterprise IT infrastructure solutions. This position requires partnering closely with sales teams, vendors, and corporate clients to craft impactful turnkey technical offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and architect comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions by incorporating multi-platform, multi-vendor technologies into cohesive designs through collaboration with technical experts.
• Lead the technical response process for requests such as RFIs, RFPs, and tenders, creating technical proposals that exceed requirements and provide innovative insights to enhance clients' existing systems.
• Foster and maintain trusted relationships with strategic clients and technology partners across all levels of stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed technical discussions, provide compelling presentations, and oversee Proof of Concept projects to validate solutions.
• Work closely with Sales teams to align and develop winning solution strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Stay informed about the latest IT innovations, security practices, and industry standards by consistently monitoring the technology landscape.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Have at least 8 years of applied experience in IT infrastructure, solution architecture, or presales roles.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar, large-scale IT projects in commercial or government sectors.
• Hold professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, ITIL, PMP, or vendor-specific qualifications like Microsoft MCSE/MCSD or VMware VCP, which are highly desirable.

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture including service-oriented architecture (SOA), cybersecurity fundamentals, and current infrastructure technologies.
• Strong grasp of program and project management concepts, including service delivery, budget oversight, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations with a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated professional who plans and executes tasks adeptly under tight deadlines.
• Independent thinker with exceptional teamwork skills, able to manage complex negotiations and coordinate across multiple service lines.
