Presales Manager

About the Role

NoBroker.com, India's pioneering brokerage-free property search platform and a leading Proptech unicorn, is seeking an experienced Presales Manager to lead and expand its large presales team. The role involves enhancing lead qualification processes, boosting conversion performance, ensuring smooth collaboration with sales teams, and optimizing operational workflows to support rapid business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a sizeable team of 70 to 80 presales professionals, including team leads, driving productivity and overall performance.
• Manage the entire presales funnel end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate lead qualification and smooth transition to sales teams.
• Achieve critical performance indicators such as connection rates, lead qualification precision, conversion ratios, and service level agreement adherence.
• Establish comprehensive performance management systems, including daily assessments, weekly reporting dashboards, and monthly evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, product, and technology teams to enhance lead generation, CRM utility, and sales closure processes.
• Detect and address operational challenges by implementing process improvements and utilizing automation to boost scalability and efficiency.
• Develop leadership capabilities by mentoring team leads and nurturing high-potential performers.
• Manage both customer-related and internal escalations, ensuring resolution within established timelines.
• Support strategic workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training activities for the presales function.
• Analyze management information systems (MIS) data and trends to deliver actionable insights for senior leadership decision-making.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in presales, inside sales, or customer engagement roles.
• 4 to 6 years of leadership experience managing large teams (50+ people), preferably within B2C or technology-focused environments.
• Proven proficiency with CRM platforms, lead lifecycle management, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Strong leadership qualities, stakeholder management capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Highly process-oriented with demonstrated ability to scale operations effectively.
• Adept at thriving in fast-paced, target-driven organizational cultures.
