Role Overview
We are seeking an SEO Executive based in Bangalore (Sarjapur Road) with 1 to 2 years of practical SEO experience. This full-time position requires working from the company office five days a week. The candidate will support the growth of organic search traffic, enhance search visibility, and boost website performance by applying knowledge across On-Page, Off-Page, and basic Technical SEO practices using various SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed keyword research and analyze competitors to inform SEO strategy.
- Implement On-Page SEO tactics including optimizing meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Manage Off-Page SEO efforts such as backlink and link-building activities.
- Perform routine Technical SEO evaluations covering crawling, indexing, broken links, sitemap, and robots.txt file configurations.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and overall website health and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop and optimize content that aligns with SEO best practices.
- Utilize Google Search Console and GA4 for monitoring and analyzing SEO performance data.
- Identify SEO issues and effectively apply optimization solutions.
- Assist in preparing SEO reports and track key performance indicators.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in SEO, including advances in AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search methods.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of practical SEO experience.
- Strong foundational knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO techniques.
- Proficient in Google Search Console and GA4 analytics tools.
- Experience with SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of keyword research, search intent, and competitor analysis methodologies.
- Basic familiarity with AEO, GEO, and AI Search concepts is advantageous.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking, research capabilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site five days per week at the Bangalore Sarjapur Road office.
