Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to architect, build, and sustain scalable enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in application lifecycle management, integration, security, and governance within Power Platform and associated Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Create scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Platform applications.
- Integrate Power Platform with broader Microsoft ecosystems such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
- Design API and integration services to enable efficient data exchange between systems.
- Manage application lifecycle across development, testing, and production environments.
- Support code management and release processes via Azure DevOps pipelines and Git source control.
- Conduct testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and deploy Power Platform solutions.
- Enforce security and governance best practices throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical implementations.
- Participate in technical reviews, produce documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
- Expertise designing scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions.
- Strong familiarity with Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD and release pipelines.
- Knowledge of Git source control systems.
- Experience developing API integrations and collaborating with wider Microsoft environments like Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of security, governance, deployment, and testing within Power Platform.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work well with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
Desirable Skills
- Experience creating Custom Connectors.
- Knowledge of Dataverse/Dynamics plugins and C# programming.
- Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript, especially related to model-driven applications.
- SQL Server experience including database design and writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Exposure to AI-powered coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
