Role Overview
As a Power Platform Solution Architect, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to capture business needs and design robust, scalable Power Platform solutions. Your responsibilities include solution design, architectural planning, customizing and developing Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), integration with systems such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure services, quality assurance, documentation, and end-user training and support. Staying current with the latest platform trends and promoting best practices within the team are also key aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate to translate business requirements into effective Power Platform solutions.
- Plan and define technical architectures for Power Platform components.
- Lead customization and development to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Integrate solutions with complementary platforms including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance activities.
- Develop and maintain detailed solution documentation and user guides.
- Deliver training and support to clients to encourage successful platform adoption.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with peers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a Power Platform Solution Architect with deep hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- In-depth understanding of Power Platform architecture and its capabilities.
- Experience designing complex, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Proficient with Power Platform connectors and various data sources.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications or related credentials are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Azure services and Dynamics 365 is beneficial.
