Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, hallways, and restrooms within the property.
• Collect trash and maintain the grounds and breezeways to promote a tidy environment.
• Assist with arranging furniture in both communal areas and individual units.
• Manage snow removal and apply salt during adverse weather conditions to maintain safety.
• Support pool maintenance tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Provide help with minor maintenance duties under supervisor guidance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong customer service abilities to effectively interact with residents and team members.
• Capable of following directions accurately and performing tasks efficiently.
