Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations efficiently.
• Follow guidance from department managers to oversee food quality and maintain ample clean ware, cooking equipment, and kitchen utensils at all times.
• Ensure that all kitchen areas remain clean and hygienic throughout.
• Collaborate closely with the chef team to uphold HACCP food safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior kitchen experience is essential to fulfill the duties effectively.
• Demonstrate flexibility with work schedules, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to work cooperatively within a team environment or independently when required.
