Position Overview

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking motivated and dedicated Porters to join our team in Florence, SC. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of our facilities, creating a positive environment for customers and staff alike.

Main Duties

• Conduct routine cleaning duties in key areas such as restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum any necessary floor surfaces.
• Dispose of trash appropriately and manage waste removal systems.
• Assist with minor upkeep tasks and promptly notify management of major repair needs.
• Support setup and removal for meetings or events when required.
• Ensure cleaning materials and supplies are properly stocked and orderly.
• Deliver excellent customer service by welcoming visitors and providing assistance when needed.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in cleaning or custodial work is advantageous.
• Physical ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong focus on detail and a dedication to quality work.
• Effective communication skills paired with a warm and approachable manner.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
