Porter (Immediate Hiring)

Position Overview

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking motivated and committed Porters to enhance our team's efforts in maintaining facility cleanliness and functionality, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for our clientele and employees alike.

Primary Responsibilities

• Carry out regular cleaning duties in designated areas such as restrooms, break areas, and common spaces.
• Keep floors tidy through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming activities.
• Manage waste by emptying bins and maintaining disposal systems properly.
• Assist with minor repair tasks and notify supervisors about any major maintenance issues.
• Support event or meeting setups and teardowns when necessary.
• Maintain organized stock and availability of cleaning materials and supplies.
• Deliver excellent customer service by welcoming visitors and answering their queries when appropriate.

Job Requirements

• Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in cleaning or janitorial duties is advantageous.
• Physical capability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• High attention to detail with a dedication to quality work.
• Effective communication skills paired with a polite manner.
• Ability to operate independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
• Availability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.
