Job Overview

CÉ LA VI Dubai is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiver to manage daily receipt of goods, ensure inventory accuracy, and support the efficient functioning of back-of-house operations at our prestigious venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify physical stock received against Purchase and Delivery Orders in coordination with Operations and Culinary departments.
• Immediately report discrepancies such as missing items, pricing errors, or quality issues to relevant teams.
• Accurately enter daily receiving data into inventory and purchasing software.
• Identify and flag inconsistencies among Purchase Orders, Invoices, Delivery Orders, and Receiving Notes.
• Confirm accuracy of Transfer, Spoilage, Spillage, and Wastage documentation, ensuring timely submission by internal teams.
• Monitor open and pending Purchase Orders to keep receiving records updated.
• Maintain organized digital files by scanning completed forms into the Finance directory and updating daily operational logs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, or stock management, preferably within luxury hospitality or food and beverage sectors.
• Exceptional attention to detail for conducting physical stock counts, system data entry, and reconciling invoices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and track inventory-related documentation including Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and spoilage records.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with Culinary, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance teams.
• Proficiency with computerized inventory and purchasing platforms along with common software tools.
• Capability to work efficiently under fast-paced conditions and fulfill daily operational requirements.
