PM Janitorial Cleaner

Job Overview

We seek a dependable and skilled Janitorial Cleaner to carry out diverse cleaning duties that ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment in designated facilities. This position supports maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene that positively impacts employees, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine cleaning including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing of floors and surfaces
• Sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, and uphold hygiene standards
• Empty trash and recycling bins per company guidelines
• Clean glass surfaces such as windows and mirrors
• Properly maintain and store cleaning tools and supplies
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or low supply levels to supervisors
• Provide assistance during meeting setups, event preparations, and cleanups
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and cleaning procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Prior janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning experience is advantageous
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices
• Strong focus on detail and quality assurance
