Role Overview

As a Host/Hostess, you are the first point of contact for restaurant guests, responsible for creating a warm, inviting, and memorable introduction to our brand through impeccable service. This position demands someone who cherishes hospitality and is passionate about making guests feel welcome, relaxed, and enthusiastic about their dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a welcoming and engaging first impression upon arrival at the restaurant.
• Embody the brand’s core values and strive to exceed guest expectations through personalized and attentive service.
• Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company positively during all interactions with guests.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth banquet operations and overall restaurant flow.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality with knowledge or background in food and beverage services.
• Familiarity with banquet operations and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail to ensure quality service delivery.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operational environment.

Compensation

The position offers an hourly wage of $28.00.
