Your primary duties involve ensuring impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dining areas. This includes maintaining top standards for food storage and safety protocols, managing recycling efforts efficiently, and guaranteeing that every utensil, glass, and dish is sparkling clean. The role requires a hands-on approach and a readiness to engage fully in physical tasks.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate exhibits a passion for culinary environments, cleanliness, and orderliness. Practical experience in similar roles is preferred. Candidates should be hardworking, detail-oriented team players who can adapt to the demands of a 24-hour operational schedule. English communication skills are advantageous.
