Role Overview
We are seeking a warm, inviting, and service-driven Hostess to join our hospitality team. As the initial point of contact for dining guests, you will significantly influence their overall experience by providing a friendly and professional welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a comparable hostess or guest relations position, ideally within luxury hotel settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- A friendly demeanor prioritizing guest satisfaction and positive interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages will be considered advantageous.
- Familiarity with reservation management systems is a beneficial asset.
