As a Hostess, your contribution goes beyond merely serving food; the focus is on creating a memorable and distinctive dining experience for guests. Your responsibilities will span from setting tables and interacting with customers to ensuring cleanliness of work areas, making every dining transaction part of the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Expert, you will be actively engaged physically throughout your shift, including standing, walking, and occasionally sitting on various surfaces. You'll manage menus by reading and verifying information visually. The role requires manual handling tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently or up to 50 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching overhead and below knee level, which includes bending and twisting. Adhering to company policies, maintaining a safe work environment, upholding high quality standards, and representing the brand professionally through uniform and communication are essential.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Relevant experience: Less than one year in a related role.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No licenses or certifications are mandatory.
