About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Plumber based in Enfield, serving projects throughout London and within the M25 area. Join our Specialist Division to contribute to high-quality plumbing work on a broad range of commercial projects. This role involves working on a mix of large long-term assignments and smaller planned jobs, enabling you to stay on each site for an extended duration instead of frequently moving between multiple sites daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance in commercial buildings.
- Execute planned project work, ranging from large-scale projects to smaller specialist plumbing tasks.
- Work independently or as part of a multi-trade team on site.
- Communicate with Supervisors or Project Managers about the need for additional materials or trades.
- Complete job sheets, material logs, and other relevant project documentation accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, regulations, and high craftsmanship quality.
Requirements
- Hold a full UK driving licence as the role requires significant travel around London and the M25.
- Possess NVQ Level 2 certification in Plumbing (mandatory).
- Extensive plumbing experience; multi-trade skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in office or commercial building environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, reliability, and professional behavior.
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive criminal background check given the role’s nature.
