Plumber

About the Role

WPS is currently seeking a qualified Plumber to join our Responsive Maintenance team based at the Finsbury Park office. You will work on a social housing contract, providing reactive maintenance services to residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs and replacements as needed
• Undertake minor maintenance duties applying multi-trade skills
• Work closely with fellow team members and subcontractors on complex tasks
• Utilize a PDA device for receiving and updating job information
• Communicate with schedulers to handle any required follow-up work
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and clients

Qualification and Experience Requirements

• Hold an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Plumbing
• Possess a full UK driving license
• Demonstrate experience working as a plumber in a similar setting
• Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

This position will require a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at the offer stage.
