Role Overview

We are expanding our plastering team in Scotland, particularly in the Glasgow region, and require candidates willing to travel throughout the area. The position offers a basic salary of £32,000 with an OTE between £45,000 and £50,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Applying render and skimming after damp proof course treatments
• Completing dot and dab finishing tasks
• Boarding and skimming applications
• Working with multi-coat render systems
• Some joinery experience is advantageous
• Experience with waterproofing or membrane systems is preferred

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated skills in plastering
• Self-motivated with the ability to organize and manage workload effectively
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Strong communication abilities
• Enthusiastic with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Previous experience in the preservation industry is beneficial; comprehensive training will be provided
• CSCS card holder

Working Hours

Standard work hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional out-of-hours and weekend work paid at overtime rates.
