Role Overview
Due to business growth, we are expanding our team of Preservation Joiners in Scotland, particularly in the Dundee region. The role requires travel throughout this area.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove and replace timber flooring
- Apply timber preservation treatments
- Carry out first and second fix joinery tasks
- Fit skirting boards
- Perform timber resin splice repairs
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated joinery skills
- A proactive, self-motivated individual capable of planning and managing their workload independently
- Team player with self-starting attitude
- Strong communication abilities
- Enthusiastic and prideful in work quality
- Experience in the preservation industry is beneficial; however, comprehensive training will be provided
- Possession of a CSCS card

Compensation and Benefits
- On-target earnings between £45,000 and £50,000 annually, with a base salary of £32,000 depending on experience

Working Hours
The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend work for which overtime is compensated.
