Role Overview

Join Downer's WA Spray Seal team as a Roller Operator, contributing to regional and interstate road surfacing projects. This role supports the spray seal operations as part of a mobile, fast-paced crew working safely across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating rollers during spray seal procedures.
• Assisting with spreader and spray activities onsite.
• Performing general labour and plant support tasks.
• Committing to safety and teamwork standards.
• Participating in away work assignments throughout Western Australia and interstate.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a Heavy Rigid (HR) licence is mandatory.
• White Card for General Construction Induction is required.
• Prior experience in operating rollers or similar plant machinery is preferred.
• Strong dedication to maintaining safety practices and collaborating effectively within a team.
• Willingness to travel and undertake work away from home base.
