Job Location

The successful candidate will be based at the university campus in Sonipat, within the NCR of Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand partnerships with corporate entities to create and enhance student placement and internship avenues.
• Foster and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters to promote and improve campus recruitment drives.
• Accurately maintain and regularly update placement and internship records for the assigned school.
• Engage industry professionals to facilitate guest lectures, interactions, and career-related activities.
• Monitor and analyze placement and internship outcomes, including job offer trends and hiring statistics.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation regarding placement activities.
• Work collaboratively with faculty and students to design and implement career development programs and initiatives.
• Effectively communicate with students about available opportunities, updates, and activities by the Office of Career Services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a master's degree from a recognized academic institution.
• Have at least three years of relevant professional experience in placements, corporate relations, or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of industry hiring trends and employer expectations.
• Exhibit excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven capability to establish and sustain corporate and industry partnerships.
• Possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail and effective data management proficiency.
• Show a proactive, student-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Eligibility

Applicants must have a minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
