  • Conduct privacy impact assessments and champion the integration of privacy by design within product development, including new products, features, suppliers, AI projects, and diverse data applications.
  • Evaluate privacy risks associated with vendors, processors, affiliates, and commercial collaborators; manage related data processing agreements, standard contractual clauses, and cross-border data transfer methods.
  • Deliver practical, timely, and business-savvy privacy guidance to teams in product, engineering, security, data, marketing, and customer operations; design and implement privacy training and promote awareness throughout the organization.

  • Sound understanding of modern technology ecosystems including cloud platforms, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and their privacy implications.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, adept at translating complex privacy/legal mandates for technical and commercial audiences and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, meet tight deadlines, stay organized, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Extras

  • Recognized privacy certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or FIP.
  • Legal qualifications or admission to practice law (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with North American privacy frameworks including state-level comprehensive privacy laws.

  • Competitive salary aligned with market standards and location, plus a performance-based bonus plan reaching up to 20%.
  • Generous referral bonuses for successful talent introduction.
  • 18 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers and a well-supported transition back to work, including 12 weeks of adjustment assistance with paid Fridays off during first three months.
